All orders placed through Adague are subject to product availability, payment verification, and order review. Once an order is confirmed, our fulfillment team begins preparing the shipment for processing and delivery.

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment has been successfully completed and verified. Processing includes order confirmation, product inspection, packaging preparation, shipping label creation, and carrier scheduling.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time may be processed on the following business day. Orders submitted during weekends or holidays are generally processed on the next available business day.

During periods of increased demand, promotional campaigns, severe weather conditions, or carrier delays, processing times may occasionally require additional time. If significant delays occur, customers may receive updates through the email address associated with the order.

Adague currently offers standard shipping within the United States using a flat shipping rate structure. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, regional conditions, weather disruptions, holidays, and other external factors.

Cut-off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.

Orders placed before the cut-off time are generally prepared for processing on the same business day. Orders submitted after the cut-off time may begin processing on the following business day.

The cut-off schedule helps ensure that orders are reviewed, packed, and transferred to shipping carriers efficiently and accurately.

If an incorrect address is submitted, customers should contact us immediately after placing the order. While we will attempt to assist with address corrections, changes cannot always be guaranteed once fulfillment processing has started.

If tracking information shows a package as delivered but the shipment cannot be located, customers should first check nearby areas, reception desks, mailrooms, household members, or neighbors before contacting the carrier or our support team.

In situations involving potentially lost packages, customers may contact us for additional assistance. We may coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate shipment status when appropriate.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Customers who need to modify or cancel an order should contact us as quickly as possible after placing the order.

Because fulfillment operations begin shortly after orders are submitted, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once processing has started or the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

International Shipping

At this time, Adague does not offer international shipping services.

Orders can currently only be delivered to addresses located within the United States.
