At Adague, we understand that customers may occasionally need to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed. This policy explains how cancellation requests, order changes, and related situations are handled through our store.
Because our fulfillment process is designed to begin quickly after orders are submitted, requests involving cancellations or order changes should be submitted as soon as possible.
While we make reasonable efforts to assist customers whenever possible, not all modification or cancellation requests can be guaranteed once processing has started.
Order Cancellation Requests
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact us immediately after placing the order.
Orders may only be canceled before they enter processing, packaging, fulfillment preparation, or shipment stages.
Once an order has been processed or transferred to a shipping carrier, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
If a cancellation request is approved before shipment processing begins, eligible refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method used during checkout.
Order Change Requests
Customers who need to modify information related to an order should contact us as quickly as possible after placing the order.
Possible order modifications may include shipping address corrections, customer information updates, or product adjustments depending on the fulfillment status of the order.
We cannot guarantee that all requested changes will be possible once order preparation or shipping procedures have started.

Adague is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted during checkout.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been issued, cancellation or modification requests may no longer be available.
Customers who no longer wish to keep shipped items may review our Return & Refund Policy for additional information regarding eligible returns after delivery.
Shipping timelines and carrier operations are managed separately once packages are transferred to the carrier network.
Duplicate Orders
Customers who accidentally place duplicate orders should contact us promptly for assistance.
Duplicate order requests are reviewed according to the processing status of the affected orders at the time the request is received.
We encourage customers to review checkout confirmations carefully before submitting payments to help prevent accidental duplicate purchases.
Refund Eligibility for Cancellations
